Did the Panda’s “Thumb” Evolve That Way or Was It Designed?

The panda's "false thumb" isn't evidence for evolution at all. And though technically its thumb is a digit and not a finger, it is a unique design feature given to the bamboo-loving creature by an all-wise Creator.
