God is the unchanging One. People change, leaders change, plans change, but God says, "I am the Lord, I change not".

Without a daily commitment to Christ, to the gospel, to the church, and to each other, we're drifters not fully devoted disciples.

When we take our eyes off God, God becomes small and everything else becomes big. With our eyes on God, faith overcomes fear.

Trouble awaits when we fail to seek the wisdom and counsel of God in both the little and big decisions of life. We don't have because we don't ask.
