The Book of Psalms is God's prescription for His people. It reveals to us how great, wonderful, and awe-inspiring our God is.

Trusting in God is how we are to live whatever the circumstance. Learning to lament gives us the grace we need to keep trusting.

We need eyes of faith to see things differently when life takes and unexpected turn.

Confession is not only good for the soul, it's essential to our spiritual health. There is freedom and forgiveness in confession.
