Come enjoy the Hill Country of Texas with us in October on the Guadelupe River at Mo-Ranch. The theme of the weekend is Biblical Manhood in a world that associates masculinity with toxicity.
The schedule is designed to take advantage of the hill country area during the day, and enjoy dinner together with whiskey (or not) and cigars (or not) around the fire as we engage in discussions around our theme.
SCHEDULE:
Friday, Oct 17
1pm - Depart from Katy (caravan from Cornerstone)
5-6pm - Settle in at Niklos Place (find a room and bed)
6pm - Dinner at Mo-Ranch (Dining Hall)
7pm - Discussion around the fire. Q. What does it mean to be a man?
Saturday, Oct 18
7-9am - Breakfast (light continental on-site or buffet in the Dining hall)
9am-4pm - Free time (lunch on your own). Potential activities include:
On-site:
- cornhole
- strategy/board games
- disc golf
- swim, canoe, fish
- relax, find a beautiful spot and read or explore the grounds
Off-site:
- Explore the many nearby State Parks (Garner, Lost Maples, Enchanted Rock, etc)
- Visit Fredericksburg (German food, shops, wineries)
- Take in live music in Luchenbach
- Visit The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Garden in Kerrville
- Motorcycle ride through the Twisted Sisters (if you ride)
4-5pm - Dinner prep (if you're involved)
5pm - Dinner at Niklos Place
7pm - Discussion around the fire. Q. How can I be a better man?

7-9am - Breakfast (light continental on-site or buffet in the Dining hall)
9am - Devotional
10am - Depart
