Meet Our Team

Randy Devaul

Randy is an experienced Bible teacher and ordained Rapid Response Team Chaplain with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Cross-Cultural Studies and Master of Arts degree in Missions/Religion from Liberty University, where he also served as a team leader of a student missions’ team and as an adjunct professor. His background includes serving for eight years as a church missions coordinator and creator of “Win Our World” (WOW) church missions seminar. He is married with two adult children, a National Registered EMT, and FAA commercial/instrument pilot & mechanic.

Joel Johns

Joel graduated in 1995 from Clearwater Christian College with a degree in Bible and Counseling then went on to received his Masters of Arts in Religion from Liberty University. Prior to planting Cornerstone, Joel served eight years as the student pastor at Park Street Baptist church in St. Petersburg, FL. Joel has a true love for this area and the people that call Four Corners home. Seeing the people of Cornerstone reach out into the community, serving into other countries, and giving of their time, talents, and treasures is what brings true joy to Joel and his team. Joel and his wife, Amy have two children, Abigail and Andrew.

Dr. Peter Jensen

An orphan chosen by Grace to serve Christ. Peter is married to his best friend Ana and has four children: Abigail, Hannah, David, and Sarah. Peter was a commanding officer in the United States Army and has served in ministry for over 20 years in various capacity: youth ministry, college ministry, marriage ministry, as well as a senior pastor. Peter has a doctorate in medicine and a doctorate in psychology. He is currently doing his doctoral study in education and ministry at Dallas Theological Seminary. He graduated from Rutgers University, Cornerstone University, and Knox Theological Seminary. His focus is Christian Education through all the stages of life. He also serves as an adjunct clinical professor for several universities: Rutgers University, Farleigh Dickenson University, Medical University of South Carolina, Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of Rhode Island, Long Island University, University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.

Dr. John Stover

Dr. John Stover has served the Lord for over 35 years as a pastor-teacher and Bible college professor. He has been married to his wife, Joanne, for 52 years, has two children – a daughter, Nicki, and a son, John. He has seven grandchildren. Dr. Stover earned a B.A. degree from Dallas Bible College, a Th.M. degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and has completed his Doctoral work at Reformed Theological Seminary. His passion is teaching the Word of God and sharing his love for Jesus with others.

Lisa Bueckert

Lisa and her husband John moved to Florida from Ontario, Canada, in July of 2021. In August of that year, they began attending Cornerstone with their three children and soon began volunteering in various areas. Lisa loves homeschooling her kids, and her heart is to serve her family and the church to the glory of God.

Rob O'Neil

Rob and his wife Patty are a couple of snowbirds that got sand in their shoes and never left. Rob is always out and about at the church working with teams of individuals on mowing, landscaping, or general building maintenance. Rob also teaches one of our small group Bible studies and leads a prayer meeting.

Mallory Miller

Mallory Miller has been attending Cornerstone since 2016 after moving to Florida with her family. She has a passion for helping those in need, splitting her time between Cornerstone and volunteer work at a pregnancy resource center. Mallory enjoys music, writing, and baking.

Karen Nelson

Karen and her husband Greg have been with Cornerstone since the hurricanes of 2004 caused them to change their plans and come help minister to the community alongside Cornerstone. More than a decade later they are still working to make Four Corners a great place to live and Cornerstone a great place to worship.

Sue King

Sue and her husband Dave were some of the first to begin attending Cornerstone and have been an essential part of the ministry ever since. Sue has deep love for people and a strong desire to see the church family continue to grow in their walk with Christ. She is a true servant and continues to work behind the scenes to help make our team more efficient in our day to day operations. 

Ann Kolb

Ann and her Husband, Floyd moved to Four Corners in 2017. Soon after visiting Cornerstone in July 2020, they became involved with a Small Group and started volunteering on various teams within the Church. Together Floyd & Ann have 7 Children, 16 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grands. Ann’s passion is to know and love on people and her role as Care Coordinator allows her to do just that.

Roland Riley

Roland grew up going to Church, originally from the Memphis Tennessee area. His family moved to Davenport in 2016 and has been going to Cornerstone since. Roland is graduating highschool this year, and splits his time working at Publix and Cornerstone. He enjoys music, spending time with family/friends, and playing sports.

Andrew Johns

Andrew grew up in the Davenport area where he graduated from Foundation Academy in 2019. He went to college at Liberty University where he played football for 3 years. He graduated Spring 2022 and joined the team shortly after. He enjoys music, sports, and hanging out with friends.

Kerry Miller

Hope Feliciano

Hope and her husband, Cesar, alongside four of their nine cherished children, have embraced the warmth of Cornerstone since 2022. For over three decades, Hope has poured her love into children’s ministry, creating a haven for the young hearts. Her affection for children is boundless, and she’s fueled by an earnest desire to witness the children’s ministry bloom and flourish in the years to come.

Josh Gaydos

Josh grew up in Los Angeles, California and trusted in Jesus during his teenage years. He served as a lay teacher in a special needs ministry for two years and ministered in other layman’s capacities. In God’s Providence, he was called to Cornerstone Church in 2022 after five years of working with community college students. He is eager to see young people hunger to know Jesus and build the foundation of their life on the unchanging Word of God. He is married to Leslie and they now have 3 little ones: Samuel, Silas and Charlotte.
