Christmas in the Dark

The birth of Jesus came at a point in history when things were particularly dark. The Israelites were under the occupation of an empire, a tyrant ruled over them, and God had been silent for 400 years. In many ways, things looked bleak for God's people. Yet out of the darkness came a light in the form of a child. In this series, we look at how God is present even in the midst of darkness, and how Jesus enters into our circumstances to bring enduring hope.
