Our body is not going to function up to par if we’re not exercising and doing our part to stay in shape. You’d be amazed at how your attitude will improve by doing a little bit of exercise. Your moods will change and will stabilize. The most famous excuse: “Well, I’d like to exercise, but I’m always too tired. I never have any energy.” When you get your heart rate up and you get your blood flowing, a hormone known as endorphins are released throughout your system that will naturally elevate your mood and give you more energy. God has designed our bodies to release all these chemicals when we exercise to make us feel better. God placed them in there—we have to do our part to get them activated.
