You have the breakup of the family, the pressure (and guilt) of not being able to be with all of your family members, as well as difficult family members with whom you have unresolved issues. Maybe you’re dreaming of a “white Christmas” where everything is right with the world, but the reality is you can make everything right within you, which will in turn change how you relate and respond to those around you.
