If we don’t make the decision to have a personal growth plan as well as incorporate the disciplines necessary to grow, we will never become all that God wants us to be. BIBLE EXAMPLE: Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20. “Our God, will you not judge them? For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you” (2 Chronicles 20:12). We must determine to seek God and to grow in our calling. Outside of my decision to become a follower of Jesus, my personal growth plan has impacted my life more than anything else.
