Would you prayerfully consider coming with us on our next CLife Missions Trip to Portoviejo, Ecuador this coming summer?
We have a partnership with Kids Around the World (check them out here) and have worked with them for several years now! On our last trip to Ecuador, we worked with KATW to build a playground in an impoverished community; participate in reaching out to kids through Bible Stories, crafts, and a soccer camp; helped with food outreaches; and ministered in a local church!
They have asked us to come back, and this year to specifically ‘adopt’ the community of Jaboncillo. Jaboncillo is a community with over 300 kids, where the primary work sources are street vendors and laundry services provided by the women of the community. It is an impoverished community filled with people that God loves and knows by name!
There is a weekly Bible Club in Jaboncillo with around 55 children and 16 moms currently meeting. We are excited to serve this community, build relationships, and be part of what God is doing in Jaboncillo!
We are looking for people to join this team with all different ranges of skills!
We can use people with:
· Construction skills
· Teachers
· Musicians
· Soccer experience (playing & coaching)
· Food servers
· Those with a heart for Moms
· Anyone that can smile, love, and play with a child!
College Students, this trip is a GREAT way to invest your summer in something that makes a difference!
Parents, this is also a GREAT trip to take your elementary (ages 9+) or youth age son/daughter… it will definitely impact their worldview for the rest of their lives!
Seasoned Adults, these kids would thrive with the love of a Grandparent!
ANYONE that God may call… your love, skills, and passion WILL be used on this trip!
Here are the details about the trip:
Dates: June 10-17, 2025
Cost: $2050 (this includes EVERYTHING... airfare, all accommodations, food, transportation, ministry supplies, etc.)
Deposit: A $200 deposit is due to secure your spot. There are limited spaces available, so as soon as you know you are going to go, please sign-up and get your deposit in. All deposits must be received by December 1st.
Application: When you click to register for the trip, there are application questions you will need to answer. A separate registration and application questions must be submitted for each individual. Plan on 10-15 minutes to fill out the application.
To submit the registration, you will have to pay a minimum deposit of $200. If, for any reason, your application is not approved, your deposit will be fully refunded.
All registrations must be received by December 1st.
Passport: If you do not already have a current passport, please apply for one right away.
