FamiliesCare empowers families at risk of out-of-home child placement by training and resourcing church groups to help them stay together, stay safe, and thrive. We have three FamiliesCare Groups at Colorado Community Church serving vulnerable families. We have had an increase in referrals from Arapahoe County Dept. of Human Services and hope to start a few more FamiliesCare Groups in September. If you are interested in being a part of a FamiliesCare Group, we would love for you to attend this training and information session where you will learn how to encourage a family in need of support, friendship, and time. No special skills or experience is required since this program is relationship-based.
