Adventure Awaits!

Join CVC Club Ministries as we launch the 2026–2027 season of Adventurers and Pathfinders! This weekend is an opportunity for families to experience what Club Ministries is all about: faith, friendship, service, outdoor adventure, and growing closer to Jesus together.

Whether your child is already part of Adventurers or Pathfinders, or your family is interested in learning more, we invite you to join us for a fun weekend of camping, worship, games, and community as we begin a new year together.

Season Kick-Off Details:

Location: Woodland Acres

Arrival: Sabbath, August 22 | 3:30–5:30 PM

Tent Setup: Please have tents set up by 6:00 PM

Departure: Sunday, August 23 | 1:00 PM

Meals

A chili and cornbread dinner will be provided Saturday evening. Families are invited to bring a dessert or side dish to share.

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on Sunday.

What to Bring:

Tent and camping gear

Sleeping bag/blankets

Comfortable outdoor clothing

Personal toiletries

Water bottle

Flashlight

A dessert or side dish to share
