The Holidays are upon us and it's a time when we could use a little encouragement or help managing ourselves through the chaos. Come and grab a cup of coffee or tea and a nibble, learn something new, participate in powerful conversations and take the opportunity to get coached (as wanted). This is an invitation to join a heart-centered safe and confidential setting focused on caring for our souls with zero judgment and 100% awareness to process life and its daily challenges.
