TRUTH: A Christ-follower will allow marriage to bring God glory in a broken culture.

1. Godliness is better than lawfulness in marriage.
Mark 10:2 :: And Pharisees came up and in order to test him asked, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?”

2. Brokenness in marriage can be redeemed by God.
Mark 10:4 :: They said, “Moses allowed a man to write a certificate of divorce and to send her away.”

3. Following God’s ideal will bring Him the most glory.
Mark 10:9 :: What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”

4. Holding marriage as a forever covenant brings God glory.
Mark 10:11-12 :: And he said to them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her, 12 and if she divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.”
