On Wednesday, July 29th, kids going into 2nd – 6th grades this fall will be going to Pastor Jamie's house during Summer Character Club. Parents will drop their child off at 5:30pm in the Teen Room at church. The church bus will leave promptly at 5:45pm. After their return to the church, kids can be picked up from their normal Summer Character Club classrooms after the service. All activities are completely optional, and there will be plenty of fun for everyone!

What to Wear:

Dark t-shirt and shorts are required for all kids. We also recommend sending a towel, sunscreen, and bug spray. Life jackets are not required, the creek is waist-deep at its deepest point. If planning to play in the water, please have your child wear water shoes.

Dinner:

Please make sure your child eats dinner before arriving, there will be no food at the event.

Optional Activities Include:

- Water gun games

- Kayaking

- Tubing in Bull Run Creek

- Frisbee golf

- Soccer

- Volleyball

PreK & Kindergarten Parents:

Summer Character Club will continue as usual for kids in PreK and Kindergartent. They will meet in their regular classroom and remain at the church for the evening.
