Through the story of Mephibosheth, we see how we can become stuck in a place of shame because shame becomes something we not only experience but something that also has a hold on our lives. However, God redeems us and gives us a seat at the king's table, restoring us to a place of righteousness and freedom. Shame only has the power that we give it!

Pastor Jason shares a powerful message about how to prepare the altar of our hearts. Just like in the Old Testament, the Levitical priest had to set up the proper altar for the burnt offering. For the fire to burn, it needs the right wood (fuel) and must be cared for and cleaned out daily.
