Turkey Bowl is a Flag Football Tournament that is organized by citylifeU and citylife church. It is a family friendly event that is open for the whole community. We have the best food trucks in Tampa, as well as games and live music. All teams consist of 8 players, 6 on the field and 2 subs. Each team must also have a minimum of 2 girls playing on it. All games start at 8 AM on December 7th. There are two ways to play. 1. You can organize a team to play. If you choose this option, every player must register and put the same team name in their registration info. There also must be a team leader selected before players begin to register. The leader will have an option to select in their registration form that they are the leader. The leader will be responsible to communicate to all players of their team any information that is given to them prior to the event. 2. A player can also enter into the Draft, and we will select a team for that player to be on. We balance teams out to ensure every team has a chance to win! (All players must register to play prior to December 1st, 2019) You can also purchase a ticket to come watch the games as well. All money that is raised during this event goes towards the funding of our students who are currently going through our internship program. Our interns are preparing to enter a life of serving God and people, and this is an amazing opportunity to give back to a great cause.
