Celebrating

In this talk, we focus on Jesus’ words around Celebrating. When we study the life of Jesus, we often see Him being relational by simply eating with people. Jesus calls His followers into a lifestyle of enjoying Him, celebrating His life, love, grace, presence, forgiveness, etc.

Going and Giving

As our Red Letter Challenge continues, we will dive into the parable of The Good Samaritan as we explore what Jesus says about being generous and our call to be kind to the needy.   Mark will also show us how giving is connected to going.   

Where are You Going to Make a Difference in this World?

Our Father in Heaven has asked us to be the light of the world by letting our light shine before humankind.   What does that mean and is it really possible in a world so full of pain and poverty? Have you ever heard “The Sound of Grace”? At the center of the good news of Jesus Christ lies the reality of forgiveness. It’s extremely powerful and the Red Letters of Jesus often liberate us around this truth.  

Red Letter Challenge: Being

Following Jesus hinges on “Being with Him”. Our doing flows from our being – it’s such an important reality in our walk of faith. Before we do amazing things with Him, obey His word or serve others – we have to grow in coming to Him.

Build Your Life on Jesus Christ

As we transition from the Book of Jonah to our Red Letter Challenge, we will see that even though Jonah was used by God, he still was not secure in God. Our lives are fragile and we all wrestle with so many things. This is exactly why we need a firm foundation and to build our lives on Jesus Christ and on who He is and what He has said.
