We cling to God when times are hard but what happens when things get easier and life’s okay? The Israelites are now in a time of peace thanks to Gideon and his army but what will happen now? Will they repeat the cycle of sliding away from God as soon as life gets easier or will they stand firm? And if they slide, what can we learn from them about standing firm when life gets easier?
