This week we travel to Ephesus, 2nd only to Rome in importance and site of one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world, the great Temple of Artemis. It must have been an overwhelming experience for the Apostle Paul to arrive in this flourishing city for the first time. And how was he supposed to carry the life and love of the crucified Christ into a wealthy, powerful city like Ephesus?
