In 2022 Lifeway Research conducted a survey regarding evangelism and found that 66% of Christians were not familiar with any methods for telling others about Jesus. In addition, the survey revealed that 70% of Christians had not shared with a stranger how to become a Christian in the past six months. Sometimes Christian are fearful to share their faith with others because they are afraid of how the person they are talking with will react. However, a person will only come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if they are witnessed to by someone. God wants to use Christian as empty vessels who are willing to be used for His glory. Therefore, we must listen to the Holy Spirit when He speaks to us, to talk to others and know that He will guide the discussion. in their survey Psychology Today stated, "The average person reported three to four testable worries per day. The result? A whopping 91 percent of worries were false alarms. And of the remaining 9 percent of worries that did come true, the outcome was better than expected about a third of the time." As Christians there should be nothing we fear. God is in control of all things and He will direct our paths.
