It is generally believed a third of the angels in Heaven followed Lucifer in rebellion against God. The beginning of Revelation 12: 4 states, "“And his tail swept away a third of the stars of heaven, and threw them to the earth". The desire of these fallen angels is to distract us and keep our focus on the world, and not on God and our mission to spread the Gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
