Join the Women of City Church for the Fall Women’s Retreat: Redeeming Friendship – How to Spot Cultural Lies and Embrace Biblical Understanding, happening the weekend of September 12–14, 2025. All women, high school age and up, are invited to a rich and restorative time away as we dig into what true friendship really means. In an age when technology makes communicating with others easier than ever, why do so many of us feel isolated and unseen? Friendship is in decline, loneliness is on the rise, and yet the Bible tells us we were created for connection—with God and with one another.

At this retreat, we’ll explore how our understanding of friendship has been shaped by cultural myths, and why those ideas often leave us feeling empty or disappointed. Together, we’ll turn to Scripture to discover a deeper, more life-giving vision of friendship—one rooted in God's design and reflective of His redemptive work in our lives. Through teaching, discussion, worship, and rest, we’ll be encouraged and equipped to build friendships that are honest, meaningful, and anchored in Christ.

Registration is open! The cost is $95 for the entire weekend!

Arrive Friday evening — eat dinner beforehand or pack one and come early to settle in. The first session begins at 7pm.

We’ll wrap up Sunday morning in time to head back to church together!

If cost is a barrier, please reach out to the church office — we want every woman to be able to join us.
