Hebrews 2:5-18

In Hebrews 2:5-18 we get four reasons why our Lord’s humanity was neither a handicap nor a mark of inferiority, but essential for Him to be our only mediator. He understands us, helps us, and gives us hope in the darkest of times.

1. God the Son becomes man to fix this broken world
2. God the Son becomes man to fix a broken people
3. God the Son becomes man to destroy the power of death & the devil
4. God the Son becomes man to be our comforter
