Summer Camp 2026 is an exciting week-long overnight camping experience for kids who are between the ages 8-18.

Every week includes: Horseback Riding, Laser-Tron, Rock-Wall Climbing, Swimming, a 200 foot long Slip-n-Slide, games & sports, Chapels, Small Group Times lead by trained and experienced staff, all you can eat food AND SO MUCH MORE. Summer 2026 will be a summer your camper will never forget.

*SIBLING DISCOUNT*: If you register more than 1 child you pay full price for the 1st and we can apply the discount of $35 for the rest of your children by listing their names in the question section.

*NEW CAMPER DEAL*: If you invite a friend-or-friends who have never been to Circle C Ranch before and they come you and they will receive a $30 credit at the camp stores! Just put you and your friends name in the question section. (This deal only goes to one family member per family!)

*REQUIRED BY NEW YORK STATE* You will need to have your health care provider fill out a health and medication form, you can find our template Here If your doctor has their own form you can send that to us at info@circlecranch.org

*NOTICE ABOUT PAYMENT PROCESS* You will only be charged the non-refundable registration fee when this form is submitted. We will calculate any discounts and promotions and email you with your balance. You will be able to pay the remainder of your balance at the time of Camp Registration, or you can call the office to pay the remaining balance.
