Ruth had an active faith, and her prudent actions worked in alignment with God's plan and purpose for her. In the same way Boaz was blessed by God because he was a good steward of the resources entrusted to him. God's providential hand then moved in marvelous ways to write their love story and legacy. Nothing just happens.
