Jesus responded and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3 (NKJV)

Brood on John 3:3 for 5 minutes by praying in the Spirit while holding that Bible verse in mind.

Also, repeat these meditatively for 10 minutes:

I AM BLESSED. MY EYES SEE AND MY EARS HEAR THE DEEP THINGS OF GOD THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT. THE SPIRIT OF REVELATION AND UNDERSTANDING FINDS EXPRESSION THROUGH ME.

Be still for 5 minutes, focusing on receiving from the Spirit of God.
