Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. Galatians 5:1 (NKJV)

Brood on Galatians 5:1 by praying in the Spirit while holding that Bible verse in mind.

Also, repeat these meditatively throughout the day:

I STAND FAST IN THE LIBERTY CHRIST HAS PROVIDED FOR ME. I AM FREE FROM THE YOKE OF BONDAGE. THE SPIRIT OF LIBERTY FINDS EXPRESSION THROUGH ME.
