Also, repeat these meditatively for 10 minutes:

I CALL ON GOD AND HE ANSWERS ME. THE ALMIGHTY GOD SHOWS ME GREAT AND MIGHTY THINGS THAT I DO NOT KNOW. THE SPIRIT OF REVELATION AND UNDERSTANDING FINDS EXPRESSION THROUGH ME.

Be still for 5 minutes, focusing on receiving from the Spirit of God.
