Last week, in our Headquarters series, we discussed the concept of a "set point." This is the point to which your mind returns each and every time it strays from its norm. This is a coping mechanism that your subconscious uses to resist change, and it is not necessarily a bad thing. But if you are seeking to change a habit, this set point can be a huge obstacle.

So what can you do to change that set point? This week, we continue that discussion by examining the Biblical concept of meditation.
