Americans are some of the most stressed out, overscheduled, overworked people in the world. Our lives are so full that even our vacations don't allow us to rest. But God has a better way. He built his Creation around rest and it isn't something that we collapse into at the end of our hectic week. True rest comes from starting in the grace of God.
