The story of Christmas:
Our loving Father reaching out to us by sending His Son to bring us back home.
Maybe you’re lost, separated, and needing to be forgiven and loved.
The birth of the baby Jesus is God’s invitation to come home.
The invitation stands. Will you come home to your Father?
12-18-22 the Shepherds
December 18, 2022
The shepherds had a deeply spiritual encounter that forever changed their lives. In this weeks advent sermon, we will learn that we can still encounter Jesus today on a very personal level.
12-11-22 Experiencing Real Christmas
December 11, 2022 • Pastor George Gasperson
Matthew 2 tells the story of the Magi who became aware of the birth of a new King and their desire to go and see for themselves. In other words, they decided to move from being spectators in the story of Jesus’ birth to participants. And because of that decision, they experienced Christmas for themselves.
12-04-22 Christmas Step of Faith
December 4, 2022 • Pastor George Gasperson
In today’s Scripture we’ll read the story of two people who were challenged to take a scary step of faith. Mary and Joseph, Jesus’ parents on earth, were two people in love, ready to be married and live out their lives when God challenged them to trust Him by stepping out in faith.

11-27-22 The Messiah Is Coming
November 27, 2022 • Isaiah 40:1–5
Today is the first Sunday of Advent, and our topic today is about preparing for the coming of the Christ Child. If we hope to experience what Christmas is really about, then we must make some preparations. Here are three ways Isaiah suggests we prepare ourselves for the birth of Jesus:
· Raise up the low places
· Lower the high places
· Level the rough ground
Comfort, comfort my people, says the Lord. If you take the time to raise up the valleys, bring low the hills, and smooth the rough places, then the glory of the Lord will be revealed. That’s how a weary world can rejoice during trying times, and that’s how this Christmas can be the Christmas you’ve been longing for. Let the Advent preparation begin!
