In our last message of this series called Baggage, our topic today is being our own worst enemy. Samson was a man who was born with amazing physical gifts. You’d think that someone with this amount of ability would go far in life, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Samson was his own worst enemy, and he continually failed to live up to his potential.

In the Old Testament book of Nehemiah, the Jews were attempting to rebuild the shattered city walls of Jerusalem. Everything was going well until adversity appeared, which led to discouragement. That’s when Nehemiah sprang into action.

In addition to all the other mayhem the Coronavirus has caused, loneliness is now a big problem. So many people have been socially isolated, and we are missing human contact. This week we’ll learn some ways to deal with loneliness. If you need help overcoming loneliness, why not turn to Jesus. He knew what loneliness was like, and He is always with you.
