Sharon Cash, director of social services at The Salvation Army: Purdue Center of Hope, is a recognized leader in the field of chemical dependency and women and family issues. Her department provides transformational service for women and children impacted by trauma. As a result of her leadership, her loving, yet firm, approach to treatment and her unwavering faith in what God can do in the lives of these broken women, the success rate at the Purdue Center of Hope far exceeds the norm of similar treatment programs. A board-certified chemical dependency expert with more than twenty-five years of expertise developing and administering programs to improve the quality of care of families, she is a business professional with demonstrated results in areas that include care delivery models and addictive disorders. With BS and MS degrees in psychology, Ms. Cash is a doctoral candidate in organizational leadership with an emphasis in behavioral health. As an ordained minister of the gospel, she serves on the ministerial staff of Hill Chapel Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Robert C. Jones, senior pastor.
