How many of you enjoy a nice long wait? I don't - I don't want to be put on hold, I look for the shortest line at the grocery store, the lane with the fewest number of cars. I’ve almost given up on my favorite fast-food place, Chick-fil-A because there’s almost always a long line.

Forbes magazine said of the 3.23 million people in the United States, 33% of Americans watch the Super Bowl, but 40% make New Year’s resolutions. That’s roughly 1.29 million people each year. How many people actually follow through on their New Year’s resolutions 8%, ten million people. Why can’t they, why can’t we, follow through?

Between an orange and an apple pie, our choices are made on perspective. On any given day, most of us would choose the pie, but if we were on a diet, we'd be more inclined to choose the orange.
