General Information/guidelines

Christ Church is raising fund for Adaptive Playground Equipment for the children.

Cost are as follows:

10 x 10 booth - outside             $75.00 Parking Lot

10 x 20 booth - outside             $125.00

9 x 9 booth - inside                   $95.00 limited availability

double booths are not available inside

Reservation will only be confirmed upon full payment on a first come, first served basis. 

Registration: Make all checks payable to Christ Church Pueblo West or by logging onto www.ChristChurch.PW and completing the application on-line.

Vendors must bring their own tent and tables/chairs and tent weights. Tent weights are a requirement since this is Pueblo West and can be very breezy/windy.

Christ Church, organizers, and volunteers will assume NO RESPONSIBILITY OF LIABILITY for loss or damage associated with participating in event.

We reserve the right to exclude admittance of any inappropriate group or sale of any inappropriate material at this church sponsored craft event.

Setup time will begin at 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning. All vehicles must leave the market area by 8:30 a.m. and move to vendor parking.

The event will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For guest safety, no vehicles will be allowed in the market area for teardown until after 5:00 p.m. 

All booth must be broken down and removed from the area by 8:00 p.m.
