Much of the heartache of life comes when we forget our design. When God made Man, His intent was for His creation to be productive. One of the tragic consequences of the Fall would be that Man’s efforts to fulfill his destiny would be met with thorns and thistles. Yet, as Jesus comes to deliver us from sin, He also gives us hope for rest, a rest that comes from joining Him on mission!
