The Doctrine of Bitterness PT. 8

April 9, 2017 • Dr. Larry Patrick

God's goodness within His glory arises out of our suffering*
However on the contrary, His judgment can be enforced as a result of our own selfish arrogant rebellion towards Him.
As Jeremiah (known as the weeping Prophet) endured being mocked and persecuted for prophesying truth to the people,
We believers to shall suffer persecution and ridicule from Antagonizers when spreading the Gospel.
Are we willing to go through this type of bitterness from others in becoming the image of Christ?
Or would we rather suffer the consequence of God's discipline as a result of our own bitter arrogant ambitions.
