Arrogant Scoffing on the Brink of Torment

Luke 16:14-31

In response to the Pharisees' scoffing, Jesus mercifully warned them of two things:
1. That Gof knew the true conditioning their hearts despite what others may have thought
2. That if they continued in their courteousness and unbelief, they would end up suffering the eternal torments of hell
