Dr. Bill Moore, with Doctorates in Theology and Christian Education, has been devoted to pastoral and evangelical ministry since 1981. He is the founding and lead pastor of Livingway Family Church, a vibrant, multi-generational church based in South Texas. With over three decades of ministry experience, he is passionate communicator, visionary leader, and encourager at heart. Known for his authentic and relatable style, Pastor Bill delivers messages that inspire people to believe again, dream again, and live with bold faith.
