Maybe you are someone who "worries about many things" as Jesus said about Martha in Luke 10:41. Or maybe you are trying to care for someone who has worries and anxieties that seem to spiral out of control. Pastor Jeremy wants to deal with this subject matter in a very careful way so that you can see how generously the LORD has provided the information for us to walk through anxiety. At the same time, we want to acknowledge the idea that some anxiety may also have trauma at its root and want to make sure we recognize that in as much the same delicate way.
