"I lift up my eyes to the mountains — where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." - Psalm 121:1-2

In the midst of our busy lives we need time to slow down, reflect and spend time with God. He wants to hear about our worries, burdens, fears, and help us through those things by revealing His truth to us. He also wants us to refocus on what's important – our Saviour Jesus Christ. Through him we find peace, contentment, and confidence.

Together let's look up to the Lord, remember his faithfulness and cast our cares on Him at this night of worship and prayer.
