Few biblical concepts have suffered more perverted preaching in our modern times than what the Bible really says on the subject of prosperity. (The "Health and Wealth Gospel"; "Name it and Claim It"; "Blab it and Grab it"; and the list goes on.)
The abuses have been so bad that many godly people have forsaken the subject altogether. But we must not throw the baby out with the bath water!
