The great danger of our day is not what the world is doing; it is how many professing Christians are being conformed to it. And it will require courage to overcome the cowardice of conformity.

Acts 17:7 What we are witnessing today is the modern American repetition of the age-old conflict: “Who is King? Who has the final jurisdiction Christ or the State?” Jurisdiction is an essentially religious fact: it tells us who is the god over a particular sphere or area; it reveals to us who declares the law for that domain.
