The twin peaks of Mt. Gerizim (the mountain of blessing) and Mt. Ebal (the mountain of curses) greeted the patriarchs as they entered the promised land. They accompanied them for millennia, they guided the conversation from Jesus, and they still speak to us today if we heed their warning.
