Peter was greatly influenced by his experiences with the Apostle Paul, and we’ll see that influence today in the first verses of First Peter chapter one. The gospel message is a lot simpler than many people make it out to be. God intended it to be readily available to anyone who would simply repent of their sins, and receive His free gift on salvation. We’ll concentrate our thoughts on salvation in our first message from First Peter.
