In the United States, close to 75% of the adult population describes themselves as "Christian," according to one pollster. But are they really? Many people, unfortunately, are Christian in name only. It was true in Jesus' day as well, and that's why He shared the parable of the Sower. That will be our topic of discussion once again today as we look at Mark chapter four. Here Jesus describes four kinds of soil, and we'd do well to see which best describes our heart this day to see whether or not we are who we think!
