The constitutional rights of public school students in regards to freedom of conscience thought and speech are currently being violated with proposed, as well as existing, curriculum imposing a sexual framework onto students. This framework is contradictory to the religious convictions and practices of many public school families, and currently, there is no option for parents to opt their child(ren) out of these lessons and materials. Assembly Bill 3000 and Senate Bill 3002 are current proposed bills in support of school choice policies. These would offer families a voucher worth 75% of the pupil cost for public school to be applied towards private school tuition in the instance that an opt-out option is refused by the public school. Parents need your support in fighting for their educational decision-making rights concerning their children! The aim of this “Call to Action” Mobilization Campaign is to send 100,000 letters to Governor Murphy and local legislators in support of school choice or the voucher bill.
