CCBF is excited to announce that the church will be coming alongside Calvary Chapel Dickinson North Dakota as they spearhead a mission trip to the Philippines from July 17th to July 29th. We will be assisting them to do various Vacation Bible Schools and a youth camp in the Bacolod and Himamaylan area of the Philippines. Our very own Pastor Clark will be coming along for the first week to visit and offer his support. It will be a wonderful opportunity for CCBF to participate in a global mission and spread the word of God in the Philippines. We will be staying beach side and working with the local churches to provide a fun and engaging program for the youth. This mission trip will be a life-changing experience not just for the young people, but also for all those who will be involved. THE COST The cost of the trip is estimated to be $3,500.00, which includes airfare, lodging, food, and transportation in the Philippines. Please note that you are responsible for obtaining a passport if you do not already have one, and you will need two color copies of your passport for the trip. PAYMENT SCHEDULE The payment schedule is as follows: * $200 deposit and application are due on Sunday, March 12 **The $200 deposit does not guarantee participation in the trip. A background check is mandatory for approval. * First payment of $1000 due on April 2 * Second payment of $1000 due on June 4 * Third and final payment of $1300 due on July 2 ITINERARY The itinerary for the trip is as follows: * Calvary Chapel Dickinson will depart from North Dakota on Sunday, July 16 * Calvary Chapel Dickinson will meet CCBF at LAX and depart from LAX on Monday, July 17 * We will arrive in Bacolod on Wednesday, July 19, and stay for ten days * Returning to LAX on Saturday, July 29. MONTHLY MEETINGS Starting in March, we will have monthly Zoom meetings hosted by Calvary Chapel in North Dakota to prepare for the trip. These meetings will be a great opportunity to get to know your fellow travelers, discuss trip logistics, and pray together. Registration is needed to attend meetings.
