In Week 7 of Kingdom Kintsugi we are exploring Rahab. She is a fascinating character in the story of God bringing His people to the Promised Land. As we explore her story we find that God used a prostitute to help God's people in a unique way. She showed great faith, overcame generational curses, and through God's great grace was included in the lineage of Jesus Christ. We see the secrets of scarlet and gold woven throughout her story as God repairs Rahab's life. Dive in with us this week to discover God's message of great hope in the middle of our brokenness.

Today, we peek into the life of Elijah. He was a great prophet, yet he was human and subject to feelings and emotions like any of us. Elijah experienced the highest of highs as a vessel yielded to God, and then the lowest of lows into the deepest, darkest parts of depression. Yet, God restored him and took him from the cave of despair to a chariot… bound for heaven.

Kingdom Kintsugi: Week 5

Kingdom Kintsugi is the Japanese art of restoring broken pottery with gold. Kingdom Kintsugi is discovering how God restores our brokenness with gold; making us worth so much more after He has restored us than if we had never been broken. Today, Dr. Foster talks about the brokenness of Moses; he was not allowed to enter the promised land because of one recurring and uncontrolled emotion. However, we will see how God still restored him with gold.
